If you can guarantee yourself 1st or 2nd place in the Individual Tourney then play more to get it. So over the weekend you'll likely end up between 75 - 90 Stars, which is a great help to your team to place and is typically more than enough to get you Hammer x3 from the Individual tourney (maybe some coin, though I actually prefer getting hammers from it). Sunday: 10 levels, do the Daily Quest, contribute to Team Tourney Saturday: 10 levels, do the Daily Quest, contribute to Team Tourney Starting with Friday.įriday: 10 levels, do the Daily Quest, get the Treasure Chest, contribute to Team Tourney I basically play 10 levels a day, except Wed/Thurs which I do not play on, but I do log on to get the Daily Item. I started doing this shortly after I started playing, so this may work best when starting a new account, but can probably work to some extent (albeit slower) if you are higher level. As of this typing, I am at Level 1360, have 26,000 coins, 90+ of each Pre-Level and 70+ of each In-Level. To anyone who finds this post, I'll share my tactics not only for saving coins, but for saving up Pre-Level boosters (rockets, bombs, globes) and In-Level boosters (hammers, gloves, anvils, dice). Change the rules for yourself until it’s fun in every way.Įdit: when I see someone write as much as I just did I refuse to read it. But I try not to buy coins more than once a month or sometimes two months, but it’s just a guideline. Sure I treat myself occasionally, birthday or had a bad day, I buy coins, or when I want them. Only playing the coins you win makes you a better player. You’re the leader of your team make some rules - play, give lives or get the boot. Get your skill level up and save those coins. One bubble left, quit and start the level over. You get better skills if you don’t use coins during the week. This is where giving and being given lives means a lot.
#HOW MANY LEVELS ON TOON BLAST HOW TO#
Don’t spend coins, look for patterns and figure out how to make combos. During the week I work to get my skill level up. Once we open the chest no more coins spent until the next weekend rally that starts on Friday. On the Monday game we unlock our chest, we get coins. In the individual ranking I try to win or place. On the weekend my teams tries to win or place so we get coins. I’ve seen that get competitive - who can help the team more. My goal is to give more lives than anyone on the team. That’s important you feel like a team winning together. I moved to a team has rules, if you don’t play and give lives you are out. I was on a team that only gave 300 or so lives a week. I noticed that the teams ahead of me always got more lives during the week I noticed that the players that were ahead of me were on teams that gave more lives. Number two number position, how many lives did the team give to each other. If we were number five I’d check out level one how many lives did the team give each other during the week.
Whenever I’m in a tournament on a team or working on the individual placement during the tournament I always check to see how many lives were given to the team or the people ahead of me. My strategy was to join a team that gave lives.
Now after a couple of months of my new strategy, I have to spend some coins on gadgets before the tournament ends so I don’t waste them hitting the cap and if I want to go nuts and blow several thousand coins helping out my team or just for the heck of it, I can, knowing I can win them back pretty quickly. I used to try and win every tournament but couldn’t ever get ahead. My goal is to delay wrapping up the 50 new levels so I enter the champions league on Saturday morning when I have time to play a lot and hopefully get placed in a league with weaker players and/or people that don’t have much time to play the game.
When I’m playing the new levels, I play just enough to win the daily prize and stop. They are a distraction and will interfere with your other coin and tournament strategies. The 48 hour weekday tournaments are a total waste unless you win them by accident. If you’re a skilled player who is competitive in the champions league then you should be contributing plenty of stars to the team tournament anyway. The best part of being on a team is the extra lives. The team tourneys are fools gold unless you’re on a really good team. don’t spend coins on anything, at least not until you’ve built up a large cache of coins and have a feel for how long it takes to replenish what you spend.focus on the daily challenge prizes and chests.ignore all tournaments except for the champions league.
